Alfred, Dick Grayson, Bruce Wayne, Vicky Vale, and Harvey Dent, from the shot directly before the title of the show.

The episode opens with a shot of Dick Grayson, subtitled DICK GRAYSON "ORPHANED CIRCUS ACROBAT", followed by a shot of Alfred, subtitled ALFRED "BUTLER". Alfred serves Dick cookies, and Dick says he's writing a report about "the plight of those poor tsunami victims". They are interrupted by Bruce Wayne, subtitled BRUCE WAYNE "BILLIONAIRE RICH GUY", as he leads a conga line through the room and shirks Dick's request to help him with his report. The scene transitions into the title of the show, Make It Wayne, on a TV being watched by Babs and Karen. The shot directly before the title includes the characters Alfred, Dick, Bruce, Vicki Vale, and Harvey Dent.[1]

Babs says that "Bruce Wayne is the worst" and that she watches the show because of that "poor little orphan Dick Grayson, he's super sweet." Karen says she hopes Vickie and Bruce get together this season. Karen has to leave with Jess for some babysitting.

Karen looks at a birthday invitation and asks Jess how they'll manage to babysit so many kids. Jess tells Karen that kids crave guidance and they usually fall in line. They arrive at a manor, and Alfred greets them at the door, introducing himself as Alfred Pennyworth and welcoming them to Wayne Manor East. Alfred reminds Bruce that it's Dick's birthday, and introduces the children to Karen and Jess.

As soon as Alfred leaves, the five children appear in their superhero costumes, and Dick introduces themselves as the Tween Titans: Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, Beast Boy, and himself, Robin. He proclaims that Jess and Karen can't tell them what to do, while they destroy furniture, decor, and the room itself. Karen says "there's only one thing to do" and pulls out her Bumblebee locket, but Jess says they mustn't stoop to the children's level.

Jess tries to bond with the children, but when Raven tells about Azarath, Jess decides to move on to party games. They play with a piñata, but Robin starts hitting the other kids and they all fight. Jess busts open the piñata, and Karen tackles Starfire because she's about to eat candy and Alfred said she's not allowed to eat sugar. They move on to play Pin the Tail on the Donkey, then to the pool where Cyborg jumps off the porch into the pool and creates a tidal wave that floods the mansion. Afterwards, Robin drives a jet ski over several potted plants and nearly crashes into a greenhouse, stopping only when Jess jumps in front of the jet ski and announces it's time for cake.

The Tween Titans sit at the table and chant for cake, except for Starfire who bursts out of the cake, radiating green bolts of lightning and rays after eating some of the cake. Karen takes out her locket and Jess takes out her ring, but before they can transform Beast Boy takes both. Karen gets angry and yells at the kids, then says "Hey, it worked!" The shot cuts to Karen and Jess tied up upside-down over a pit.

Jess gives up, but Karen says it's time to stoop to the Tween Titans' level. She dares Cyborg to break into her locket. When he does, the locket engulfs Karen in her Bumblebee suit and she swipes Jess's Green Lantern ring back. They fight the Tween Titans, get them dressed for bed, and put them to sleep in a crib.

Right when the Tween Titans fall asleep, a car horn blares. A montage shows the house is still a mess: the foyer is trashed, the pool is empty, the study is vandalized and filled with broken furniture, the cake is being eaten by crows, and the library has a pit with purple tentacles reaching out from it. The front door handle clicks, and Raven appears behind Jess and Karen, saying that "In the dark realm, displays of respect and affections are considered symptoms of sleepwalking." She chants a spell, and when Alfred enters the mansion he's astounded by how clean it looks.

Bruce gives Karen a stack of bills, and Alfred asks Karen and Jess to babysit again next Saturday, but the girls leave in their car with a tire squeal while he runs after them pleading "Wait! Don't leave me!"
